Orient Express brings a world first exclusively to Crown Melbourne. 

Smashing the conventional sushi train mould, Orient Express is launching the very first Sushi Train which will serve both HOT and COLD dishes. 

Along with the traditional sushi & sashimi, this unique train will serve hot dishes from across the Orient; including Yum Cha, Teppanyaki, Peking Duck, Curry and Noodles.
