BISTRO GUILLAUME CELEBRATES 10 YEARS WITH A SPECIAL LUNCH FOR THE CHILDREN’S CANCER FOUNDATION
A restaurant reaching ten years in the often fickle hospitality industry is something to celebrate, particularly after the havoc wreaked to the industry by COVID-19.
But hospitality wasn’t the only industry hit hard in 2020. The philanthropy sector was delivered several blows; with many charities unable to carry out their face-to-face work or hold their major fundraising events. The Children’s Cancer Foundation is just one of these charities.
As a long-time supporter of the Children’s Cancer Foundation, Guillaume Brahimi and the team behind Bistro Guillaume are dedicating this momentous milestone to reigniting the generosity and philanthropic spirit of Melbourne, raising some much-needed funds and helping them recover some of what has been lost throughout 2020.
To kick-off the 10 year anniversary celebrations, Guillaume hosted 10 very deserving families from the Children’s Cancer Foundation for a special lunch. Guests were treated to some of Guillaume’s most famous dishes from the last 10 years, alongside family friendly entertainment including a balloon artist, mime and live music trio.
