Join us at Ghost Donkey from Wednesday to Sunday to enjoy a range of ultra-premium tequilas and mezcal, and for a limited time, sample our specialty tequila tasting boards for $35 per board. Choose between Casamigos blanco, reposado, añejo or mezcal for your 3 x 20ml tasters.

Sip your way through tantalising tequilas, paired with a tropical fruit slice and house made specialty salts. We can’t wait to see you there!

Blanco - Green Apple with Hibiscus Salt
The sweetness in the apple compliments the crispness of the Blanco tequila. The hibiscus salt creates a floral note and brings out the freshness of the tequila.

Reposado - Grapefruit with Citrus Salt
Together, grapefruit and citrus salt bring out the bold tartness, while balancing out the sweetness of the tequila. Refreshing and tangy.

Añejo / Mezcal – Pineapple with Chilli Salt
Chilli salt and pineapple creates a perfect balance of sweet, spicy and smokey notes that will tantalize your taste buds. The rich flavours in Añejo and mezcal, paired with chilli salt and the sweetness of pineapple creates a complex and flavorful pairing.
