Fitness Centre

Open daily from 6am - 10pm.

The Fitness Centre at Crown Metropol is located on level 27 and offers state-of-the-art gymnasium equipment plus a selection of weight machines and free weights. An experienced team of personal trainers are also available to tailor programs and workouts for guests.

The Fitness Centre change rooms (open from 9am – 7pm daily) include Aroma Steam Room access as well as a Vitality Pool heated to a soothing 38 degrees.

Please note that children 16 and under are not permitted to use the Gym.
