Every Tuesday at Bistro Guillaume, you can enjoy half roast chicken with sauce chasseur for $25*.
‘Chasseur’ is the French word for ‘hunter’, with the origins of the dish said to be made up of all the herbs and mushrooms the hunter has foraged on their way home.
The sauce is made of sautéed onions and mushrooms in butter and a splash of dry white wine, tomatoes, stock, and herbs such as thyme and tarragon.
So, pull up a chair in the sunny alfresco area or be seated within the beautifully adorned dining room and enjoy this succulent and rustic dish prepared with French finesse.

Patrons must be 18+ to consume alcohol and not prohibited from the casino or the Crown Entertainment Complex.
